I recently completed a 3 Day Juice Cleanse through Nadia K’s Juice Delivery Program which I was recommended through a friend who had success decreasing her inflammation from Nadia’s juice cleanse in the Sunshine Coast.
So I tried 3 days on the green juices to help with my high blood pressure and was pleasantly surprised as I watched as my blood pressure go from 160/98 (stage 2 hypertension) to 138/4 (almost normal).
I am very happy with this result and will definitely be doing another cleanse soon.
