A big shout out to Nadia, you are an amazing lady, who is certainly motivated to help people regain their wellbeing, and that is exactly what you did for me. The 3 day juice fast that you put me on and guided me through every step of the way was incredible.
One month later I then commenced the 7 day juice cleanse, which blew me away and had me losing another 9 kgs, which was bloody awesome! It was chuffed to get straight back into the health routine and crave healthier foods again after too, I can’t thank you enough!
